Opinel Knife N°118 Chief Multi-purpose Parallèle

The 3 mm thick blade remains rigid and stable when cutting. A continuous cutting edge that releases the heel of the blade for easier sharpening. Curved cutting edge allows slicing with a seesaw motion.
X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensures perfect cutting. Blade hardness 56-57 HRC.
Beech is the most commonly used wood for making Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work with. Uniform in appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark lines.
